Telling Your Story—Writing Fiction

Get tips and resources from experienced writers about how to get started writing your own fiction novels from writing.ie. 

In ‘Telling the Story’ find out from authors working with writing.ie how they each develop structure, why that first draft is so important, how many characters you should have, and the importance of conflict and change. 

The National Emerging Writer Programme was created by writing.ie’s Vanessa Fox O’Loughlin, is funded by Dublin UNESCO City of Literature, and is aimed at new and experienced writers looking to improve their craft.
