Record your music at Contact Studio

CONTACT Studio is a recording studio based in RUA RED Arts Centre in Tallaght. Established in 2009, it is an accessible, affordable space that allows artists, youth groups and community groups in the county to work in a friendly, professional environment.

The studio provides opportunities for people of all ages to spend time in a professional recording studio, whether it be recording their own work or music they have learned, or taking part in workshops on song writing, music technology and music production. We also collaborate with artists on projects where music or recorded sound is required.
CONTACT Studio’s recording technician, Gerry Horan, studied sound engineering and music technology in the Sound Training Centre in Temple Bar Music Centre. He was a founder member of the band Alphastates, who released two acclaimed albums and a number of singles and e.p.s, and toured extensively in Ireland and Europe. He is currently recording and performing with singer Cat Dowling, and the instrumental band The Violet Roadkills. He also composes music for film. Over the past decade he has built up extensive experience in the music industry in music composition, production, performance and recording.

Opening Hours and Pricing
CONTACT Studio is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Prices are as follows:
150 euro for a full day session (9am – 5pm)
80 euro for a half day session (4 bours)
25 euro for an hour session
