Emergence Profile Eoin O’Loughlin

Eoin has been dancing since he was 5 years old, and has trained in ballet and contemporary dance at NPAS The Factory. He is a member of DYDC under the direction of DYDC Artistic Director Mariam Ribon and DYDC Choreographer Justine Doswell. 

Eoin is looking forward to collaborating with fellow Young Choreographer, Kama Bugala on a new dance work for the Young Choreographers Show. They are hoping to exploring their choreographic development and to continue growing as dance artists with the support of the Emergence Mentors. 

Talking about choreography Eoin says ' I love to explore audience participation and using different devices in my dance to stray away from the norm, and explore something exciting.'

Eoin's choreography is influenced by the dance works of Martha Graham, Pina Bausch and Akram Khan.
