Barry Jay Hughes on The Big Picture TV

Monaghan based folk rock songster Barry Jay Hughes visited us last summer to record a live acoustic version of his song 'Judgement Day'. This song featured on his debut EP 'This Way Up' released 2015.

Barry told us he chose this song for the session as it was one of the first songs he wrote as a teenager and he wanted to give the group an insight into what he was writing when he was a youngster. The main subject of the song is about overcoming bullying at that early stage in life.
