The 6th annual NOISE Flicks Film Festival 2014, initiated and run by South Dublin County Council Arts Office, came to a close last weekend after another amazing display of the talent and imagination of South Dublin’s creative young people, whose work continues to exceed all expectations year after year.

This year Creative Campus’14 is addressing the theme of ‘Library’. This year’s participating artists will think of themselves as visual storytellers, information givers, a point of access into contemporary art, authors, narrators, biographers, collaborators, their stories can be tiny, hidden between pages or all engulfing epic in your face pop out fiction.
